Following her juror duties at L’Oréal’s Lights On Women’s Worth Award, Elle Fanning made her first official red carpet appearance at the Cannes Film Festival closing ceremony on Saturday evening.
Despite some of you ready to comment on her consistent colour palette, Elle remains steadfast in her ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ approach to neutral tones.
Elle showcased the first look from the Gucci Resort 2025 collection, wearing a kaftan-style gown adorned with delicate daisies.
This choice was the epitome of light, airy, summery elegance that many of us have been craving throughout the festival.
The simplicity, effortlessness, and easy glamour of the gown felt fresh and ethereal, perfectly capturing the essence of the Cannes red carpet which is the first summer festival of the year.
