Based on my experience, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, successfully completed a return, and received a full refund.
With that being said, I would absolutely shop here again!
Despite the vague sustainability claims, and inconsistent sizes (items seem to lean big), I would shop here again for these reasons:
- Their full-price items are quite expensive, but their sale items are more reasonable.
- Everything arrived exactly as expected (aside from my oversight regarding the wool item).
- The quality of my items is decent/good. Think H&M but a bit better.
- Everything arrived in exactly 1 week, which is pretty fast!
- The return address for U.S. orders is in the U.S. So, returns aren’t outlandishly expensive.
Overall, I am happy with my shopping experience and LOVE some items. However, some of their items seem cheaper on other marketplaces such as SHEIN, so I would check there first.
