Based on my experience so far, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received them well within the estimated time frame, was approved for a return, and mailed the return package. I am waiting for the refund.
With that being said, I personally would not shop here again.
Even though the shipping was fast (under a week) and support was responsive, here are my 5 reasons why I would not shop here again:
- I found a few inconsistencies regarding the material listings. The product pages say one thing, and the care labels say another.
- The general quality is just okay. One item arrived without the graphic screen-printed on it (I will assume this is a one-off mistake), another is missing a much-needed inner layer (poor design/construction), materials are thin, etc.
- Sizing seems inconsistent. Some run a size too big, some fit well, etc.
- The non-discounted items are overpriced for the quality.
- Based on my research, I believe I can get many of the same items for cheaper elsewhere.
Overall, I didn’t have a terrible experience, but I am disappointed in my items. I would, however, be willing to try this brand on Amazon since they are a much more reliable/convenient shopping platform (from easier returns to product-specific customer reviews, etc.).
