Is Zeagoo Legit? 5 Reasons Why I Wouldn’t Shop Here

Based on my experience so far, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received them well within the estimated time frame, was approved for a return, and mailed the return package. I am waiting for the refund.

script type="text/javascript"> atOptions = { 'key' : '0d1335f75b44273a58e8390677efe0ac', 'format' : 'iframe', 'height' : 90, 'width' : 728, 'params' : {} }; document.write('');

With that being said, I personally would not shop here again.

Even though the shipping was fast (under a week) and support was responsive, here are my 5 reasons why I would not shop here again:

script type="text/javascript"> atOptions = { 'key' : '0d1335f75b44273a58e8390677efe0ac', 'format' : 'iframe', 'height' : 90, 'width' : 728, 'params' : {} }; document.write('');
  1. I found a few inconsistencies regarding the material listings. The product pages say one thing, and the care labels say another.
  2. The general quality is just okay. One item arrived without the graphic screen-printed on it (I will assume this is a one-off mistake), another is missing a much-needed inner layer (poor design/construction), materials are thin, etc.
  3. Sizing seems inconsistent. Some run a size too big, some fit well, etc.
  4. The non-discounted items are overpriced for the quality.
  5. Based on my research, I believe I can get many of the same items for cheaper elsewhere.

Overall, I didn’t have a terrible experience, but I am disappointed in my items. I would, however, be willing to try this brand on Amazon since they are a much more reliable/convenient shopping platform (from easier returns to product-specific customer reviews, etc.). So, if you want to try this brand at a lower risk and more conveniently, check out Zeagoo’s Amazon Storefront!
