Unfortunately, Moses Ingram almost certainly DID have to sit in this dress, because she wore it to the morning shows. And while she looks totally adorable in it, this is also a scrolldown because it’s WAY too micro and it’s bunching up on her and I HAVE to imagine she got to that set and thought, “Oh my GOD, I don’t want The View to be ANYTHING ELSE BUT THE TITLE.”
Gabrielle Union also recently wore it to a premiere:
Putting it with the sneaks makes it look more like a play on a tennis dress, which works. It’s still short but she’s just sitting at a movie theater AND didn’t have to have her photo taken right after she slid out of a car. So it’s LESS perilous. In sum, I am not actively angry at the dress, but maybe it wasn’t the right pull for Moses for her particular event — even if The View has her sitting behind the base of the table, she still has to slide on and off a stool.
Also, shout-out to the chicness of Kaavia James, aka Shady Baby (this is what Gabrielle herself called Kaavia due to her amazing baby facial expressions). Even her purse makes sense, which I cannot say about her mother’s. It works SOMEWHERE, but maybe just not here.
