Listen, I LOVE Garcelle. She’s delightful on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and seems like she’d make a very good friend in real life. I think she is the best. I also think this outfit low-key looks like she just came from a Formal Pool Party at Kyle’s house — where everyone wore a wide variety of totally wacked-out looks, of which this was likely the least objectionable — and had to go straight to Sirius Radio instead of going home to change first because she got sucked into a fight about, ideally, something very light and dumb, like whether or not it’s rude to order a portable HVAC to someone else’s summer home because your guest room got too hot.* IT HAPPENS.
