Úrsula Corberó joined co-stars Eddie Redmayne and Lashana Lynch at Queen Elizabeth Hall on Monday for the London premiere of ‘The Day Of The Jackal’, and true to form, she embraced the unconventional with a bold fashion choice.
Never one to shy away from a sartorial risk, Úrsula stepped into the playful, yet edgy world of Simone Rocha, delivering a look that was both whimsical and fierce.
The sleeveless nude tulle dress, adorned with intricate faux fur creature embroidery, perfectly encapsulated Simone Rocha’s signature mix of quirky charm and avant-garde design. While the nude fabric played with the concept of sheerness, it was the fantastical embellishments that took center stage.
For those experiencing déjà vu, you’re not mistaken as Paloma Faith donned the same dress from Simone Rocha’s Fall 2024 collection at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards earlier this month.
Despite the ladies wearing the same dress, Úrsula and Paloma delivered entirely different vibes. Paloma leaned into the playful eccentricity of the gown, while Úrsula injected it with a darker, more rebellious edge, proving that the attitude behind the dress can change its entire mood.
Úrsula could have opted to remove the faux fur pockets to make the look her own, but that may have amplified the dress’s transparency.
Styled with Ferragamo brown Eva pumps and a bold red lip, Úrsula balanced whimsy and edge, making the look distinctly her own and ensuring it worked just as well the second time around.
