Air Jordan 14 “Black Toe” DTLR
As an original colorway of the Air Jordan 14 from its 1998 debut, the “Black Toe’ holds onto beloved status among sneakerheads and Jordan fanatics. Though the AJ14 will forever be associated with MJ’s iconic “Last Shot,” Jordan recieved an early sample pair for that legendary moment, retiring just a few months later as the NBA lockout stretched on. Bottom line; Michael Jordan may have never worn the Black Toe Jordans, but it carries the same storied history of any other OG release.

To that end, this marks the fourth re-release for this colorway, revitalized in 2006 and 2014. Much the same way that other retro releases this year have aimed to recapture OG energy, this drop for the AJ14 seeks to utilize OG construction, eschewing the textured quarter panel that divided fans during that 2006 drop.
