Intentional or not, Nike has a few upcoming LeBron Witness 8s that look an awful lot like memorable basketball shoes of the past. Hot off the heels of a “Bruce Lee” colorway that alludes to the famed Nike Kobe 5, this latest pair stays within the LeBron wheelhouse with a palette similar to a 2000s release.

The delivery takes after the LeBron 7 “Red Carpet,” which was first spotted during a Knicks vs Cavaliers game at Madison Square Garden in 2009. While the teal shade is utilized more liberally here, both shoes share a likeminded assortment of teal, navy, and red touches. The Witness 8 features teal mesh across the quarter and toe box, complemented by navy on the tongue, lining, and lion logo on the medial heel. Red accents dot the tongue logo, Swoosh piping, lower eyelets, and cushioning system underfoot, white a white midsole and navy outsole cap off the delivery.
The LeBron Witness 8 “Red Carpet” is expected to play a role in Nike’s Holiday 2024 lineup and will retail for $110. See official images below if you’re moved to cop.
