adidas’ focus on football has never wavered in its 75+ year history. Few, if any, brands can claim the same roster that the Three Stripes can, official sponsors of clubs like Manchester United, federations like Spain and individual players like Lionel Messi. In 2022, they added another player into that mix, the Jamaican national team. Amid a string of similar releases like the All Blacks Gazelle or Inter Miami Samba, the German giant is redoubling their commitment to the team with a commemorative adidas Gazelle “Jamaica” colorway.

The Cross’ black, green and gold are reflected faithfully in this design, with the sunny shade pasted on the T-toe trainer’s nubuck upper, jet black refracted onto the Three Stripes branding and green landing on the leather heel cup. While simply those notes alone could be grounds for a Jamaica theme, that lattermost section wears the flag proudly, along with a “Jamaica Football Federation” stamp just below it.
The adidas Gazelle “Jamaica” lands this Fall, commanding a $100 retail price. Keep an eye on our Sneaker Release Dates hub for the latest info, and head just below for full images.
