I just said the other day that I don’t think we’ve seen Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor in anything restrained, so here she goes and proves me wrong by putting on a suit for a Nickel Boys SAG event. Granted, THIS is not where you’d bust out your explosion of drapes, but still. It’s like she’s subtly reminding us she’s versatile. The flats with socks feel almost a little too… balletic; I wish she’d put it with a killer pair of boots, or some shiny oxfords.
