The 2024 US Open is now officially underway. Kicking off on Aug. 19 and going through Sept. 8, the legendary tennis tournament has brought out some of the biggest names in entertainment such as Kerry Washington, Ben Stiller, US Open participant Naomi Osaka and plenty more. These last few days have seen even more big names turn up to the event like Chanel Iman, Bobbi Althoff, Law Roach, Jessica Biel and others.
The sporting event will continue to see more celebrities show up to watch the athletes compete for the grand prize of of $75 million, and is airing on ESPN, ABC, Sling TV and more for those who can’t be there.
Needless to say, the shoes were stars of the show, and we’ve put together a list of some of the best. Here is a look at several celebrities who have shined in the footwear department while attending the US Open over this past week.
Chanel Iman
Supermodel Chanel Iman was spotted wearing a pair of taupe suede boots that fell just below the knee. Boasting a pointed design in the upper and a slightly-slouchy crafting, she paired her footwear with a matching taupe skirt that featured two singular belt straps characterized by embellishments, and a black blouse.
Bobbi Althoff
Keeping her look minimalistic, content creator Bobbi Althoff kept things comfortable and classic in a pair of black horsebit loafers that were characterized by their sleek leather crafting. The loafers matched her elegant suit and shorts combo, which she accessorized with a brown miniature tote bag.
Law Roach
Celebrity stylist Law Roach hit the blue carpet in a glossy pair of dress shoes that included a blue/silver colorway throughout and a cap toe. The upper region of the footwear was emphasized by a pointed upper and a black wrap around the mid-foot. The shoes provided a contrast to the green-patterned matching set worn by the famous stylist, which was highlighted by a silver watch as the main accessory.
Yvonne Orji
Actress Yvonne Orji got in on the strappy sandal trend of the summer, showcasing a pair of neutral cream-colored shoes. The silhouette was characterized by two thick straps that criss-crossed along the mid-foot and a square design in the upper. The set was completed by a square heel measuring between 3-to-4 inches in height.
Aaron Judge
New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge was spotted in a pair of casual Dior sneakers that were defined by their neutral-colored brown and grey accents. White laces provided the styling contrast, with a grippy rubber outsole paving the way for durability, comfort and traction.
Taye Diggs
Actor Taye Diggs also got in on the sneaker action in a pair of white solid white sneakers with thick black straps in the midfoot. Diggs teamed his shoes with cream-colored joggers, a Hawaiian shirt with a vest over top and a brown hat.
