Here is a roundup from the ‘Blink Twice’ London premiere.
A Surprising Break from Black
I wasn’t surprised to see Lenny Kravitz supporting his daughter Zoe Kravitz for her directorial debut, but I was pleasantly surprised to see him step away from his usual black attire. In a taupe Saint Laurent suit, styled with white boots and a shirtless look, Lenny proved once again that the Kravitz clan marches to the beat of their own drum, even when everyone else is wearing black this summer. The Saint Laurent SL309 sunglasses added just the right touch of rocker flair.
A Top Contender for Best Dressed
Abbey Lee also embraced the shirtless trend in London, wearing a stunning brown Saint Laurent suit. She easily became my favourite on this red carpet after Naomie Ackie, with the Saint Laurent Faye pumps completing her sleek, sexy sophisticated look.
A Near Miss in Saint Laurent
Channing Tatum also opted for Saint Laurent, but the overly long trousers and the missed opportunity to go shirtless left me wishing for a bit more from his look.
Understated Elegance in Black
Tessa Thompson is still in her quiet era, choosing a simple black long sleeve dress with shoulder cut-outs. While understated, it was a look that quietly commanded attention.
Too Much Going On
Cara Delevingne’s Miu Miu Fall 2024 outfit had potential, but the combination of a pink shirt, green v-neck sweater, embellished suede jacket, and super long trousers felt overwhelming. Even if she had toned it down and removed the jacket, I’m not sure I’d be fully onboard with this look.
