Kim Jones unveiled his Dior Men’s Fall 2025 collection today during Paris Fashion Week, and as expected, the front row boasted the usual suspects. While the collection itself was a triumph of innovation, the celebrity attendees’ style choices didn’t impress as much as they usually do.
First up, Robert Pattinson, fresh off his South Korea press tour for Mickey 17. He sported a Dior jacket with a built-in scarf—a piece that felt sleek and modern. But then came the baker boy hat, a vintage-inspired wildcard that clashed with the jacket’s contemporary vibe. Add in the navy trousers and Dior patent leather shoes adorned with a satin bow, and the look felt more like a patchwork of ideas than a cohesive outfit.
Then there was Kate Moss, who tried to pull off a silk shirt from the Dior Men’s Fall 2025 collection as a dress. While the concept was intriguing — who doesn’t love a good borrowed-from-the-boys moment? — the execution and styling was messy. It lacked her signature effortless cool and instead came off as trying a bit too hard.
Gwendoline Christie, however, brought her usual statuesque elegance to the front row. She donned a sharp Dior Men’s suit, but her shoes stole the show with their eye-catching pink satin bows. While the look was polished, the oversized Dior tote felt unnecessary. Unless, of course, she’d just hopped off the Eurostar—then all is forgiven.
Lastly, Joe Alwyn, the man-about-town this menswear week, delivered a look that can only be described as… fine. His Dior Men’s ensemble was clean and classic. Here’s hoping his fashion week foray will see a fashion resurgence in the near future.
Overall, the front row felt like a lesson in almost-there style moments.
