Anything with fresh strawberries is a fun time to me! For your celebration meal, start out with this delicious recipe! These don’t require any cooking, so they are easy to whip up right before your guests arrive. This is one of the most delicious recipes you’ll want on your dinner table to celebrate the mother figure in your life.

This is definitely a more popular recipe lately. You’re familiar with Green Goddess dressing, but the dip knocks it out of the park! The best part is that it’s a great way to sneak a ton of veggies in, so when your kids eat it, it’s an easy way to get more nutrients into their systems without them knowing. I’d recommend saving this recipe for game day, as well! Make this for special occasions and go the extra mile to get the freshest ingredients from the grocery store for this party dip.

These are not like egg rolls, but more like a twist on lobster rolls. We love fish in my house, so this seemed like a perfect side to try out for family gatherings! You can totally enjoy them both hot and cold, but we prefer them cold. Take a mini bun and stuff them with your shrimp mixture and top them with either scallions or crushed potato chips! Try both!

Another fun dip recipe is here! But this one is best served warm. I’d recommend making this in a slow cooker and keeping it in there as long as possible. If you want to serve it in there, I see no problem with that, it only keeps it warmer! The best part is that the slow cooker does everything for you, so it’s a pretty low maintenance recipe.

Baked Brie is always a crowd pleaser. It’s a cheese that is easy to spread and it pairs incredibly well with several different options from crackers to veggies. Adding a tart jam on top and baking it makes it so much more delicious. So for Mother’s Day this year, we’re trying out this fig recipe. I’d recommend the fig jam over just baking figs on it because the jam adds a great flavor.

We decided to skip wings for this occasion, but wanted something that was similar to them. These will make you completely forget about chicken wings! I swear, we may never go back. I’m a huge fan of artichoke hearts, I add them to salads and snack on them but these are a whole other level. You basically treat them like chicken wings and fry them and top them with buffalo sauce.

When I think of Mother’s Day brunch, I think of tarts and quiches. Recipes that feel like they belong at tea parties! I wanted to make a veggie tart but couldn’t decide on spinach, so when I found this recipe I was so excited! They are shockingly easy to make and you will be craving them for days after!

Can you believe this isn’t a dessert?! Your guests will be requesting this for every gathering from this point on, so you have to get started on perfecting this recipe! I’ve never had anything like it. It’s the perfect balance of savory and saltiness. Cut them into narrow pieces so everyone can try it!

Crab cakes are one of my favorite appetizers. The scallions add a nice crunch and the hint of lemon is so important to the flavor. I love this recipe because it is so simple to create the batter and then just fry them up! This is another one you could make closer to your guests arriving because it’s pretty quick.

Get a head start on this recipe, because it does take some time! Between creating the pinwheels and then baking them, you’ll want to start with this recipe for the day. It’s gooey and decadent while not being too much. Top them with a balsamic glaze to add a little extra flavor and they are sheer perfection!

This is another wing replacement recipe, so it’s perfect for any vegetarians, as well. The garlic and honey perfectly balance each other out and cauliflower fries so well! It’s pretty filling, so you could even put them on the table as a side instead of an appetizer if you wanted.

If you’re looking for a refreshing bite to have on your table for appetizers, this is it! Cucumber is a great palette cleanser and the dill gives it a nice flavor! Top them with tomato for some added vegetables and you have an even better app.

Charcuterie boards are all the rage these days and for good reason! Everyone loves them! There are endless possibilities on what you can put together. Personally, I love adding my favorite cheeses, some meats and fresh or dried fruit. You can add nuts if there are no allergies, as well. I have a whole post on my favorite charcuterie board assembly here!

Deviled eggs are another crowd favorite traditionally. I think of spring and summer when I think of this appetizer. Adding a little kick with Jalapeño is an extra twist your guests will love! They do require some preparation, so this is another recipe you will want to get a head start on maybe the night before.

Finally, we are finishing off the recipes with a more traditional brunch bite. This is a great flavor because it’s vegetarian and it’s easier to make than you think! There are a few different types of cheese in this recipe and you can definitely swap out for plant based options if you’re staying away from dairy.
