Happy Super Bowl weekend! If you’re watching the game, I hope you have a blast. We’re going to be hosting a live chat for Drinks With Broads as a perk for paid subscribers, so please join us if that sounds fun.

In fact, Monday’s issue of Drinks With Broads marked the newsletter’s second anniversary and we’re so grateful for everyone who has chosen to hang out with us there. Our paid subscribers are literally making it possible for us to continue to write professionally and independently; thank you so so much. (The current media ad market is grim at the moment; spare a thought for all small websites right now.) If you want to get in on the fun in time for the Oscars live chat — and our upcoming White Lotus recaps, plus biweekly Severance coverage and more!! — you can become a paid subscriber here.

We had a big week here at GFY! Obviously, Monday had a ton of Grammys coverage, so if you missed any of the red carpet, you can catch up here. We also rounded up a bunch of little treats you might want to buy if you are sad for some reason. At DWB, we had a rollicking live chat at Drinks With Broads, and then wrapped up the highs and lows of the show, if you didn’t get around to watching it — or even if you did! In yesterday’s edition, I was enraged by a cookbook and Heather took on Paradise.

AND FINALLY: We are having intermittent issues with slideshows! We fix one, a new one pops up! It’s really an experience. This old website is like an junker of a car sometimes! Thanks for still riding with us even if the wheel falls off occasionally. We’re working on fixing it and it might be fixed now; if you run into something kooky, trying clearing your cache but if that doesn’t work, know that we are tinkering with it.
