Joey King has had a busy week with premieres for ‘DESPICABLE ME 4’ and Netflix’s ‘A Family Affair,’ held at The Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, California last night.
For the ‘A Family Affair’ premiere, Joey wore a striking black tulle two-piece ensemble from the Simone Rocha Spring 2024 collection.
Known for her unique and bold fashion choices, Joey stood out by opting for this look, diverging from the nude dress version that has been seen on Greta Bellamacina, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Rosamund Pike.
The black tulle ensemble featured melded rose pieces, which appeared less vibrant than on the runway. This difference is due to the runway version incorporating real pink roses with uncut stems running parallel to the lines of each silhouette, adding a dynamic and fresh element to the original presentation.
My only issue here is Joey’s choice of platform heels which felt heavy for such a delicate look.
Despite this, Joey’s look was creative, eye-catching, and consistent.
