Tubi is primarily an app, but it’s also financing and releasing a new Juliette Lewis thriller co-starring Peter Dinklage and Metallica’s James Hetfield. I suppose this happens with Netflix and Amazon and what not, but “Tubi” seems so specifically TV focused as a name that I guess it surprised me — that, or Quibi ruined me for short words ending in i, and now I’ll refer to this movie as a tubi. Anyway, Juliette showed up at the premiere looking super in a slightly weird dress that looks like it has a shirt collar attached to the front, and I can only conclude — and I’m sure you’ll agree — that this signals her intent to have a killer grilled-cheese sandwich later and she needed a crumb-catcher at the ready. I will take no questions.
