Léna Mahfouf Wore Alaïa To The 2025 César Film Awards

Léna Mahfouf hit the 2025 César Film Awards red carpet at L’Olympia in Paris, and if you felt a sense of déjà vu, you’re not alone. First, we had Adèle Exarchopoulos channeling a Rachel Zegler-approved Courrèges dress, and now Léna is stepping out in an Alaïa Fall 2024 La Robe Spirale dress that looks very familiar.

That’s because Zendaya wore a near-identical version over a year ago at the Dune: Part Two Paris photocall—just a week after it debuted on the runway.

This dress is a masterpiece of fashion engineering, striking the perfect balance between conceal and reveal. But let’s talk about that slit—the one that soars to waist-high territory. How does one navigate this? Is there a secret fashion hack? Does thigh tape exist? Because if ever there was a moment to put it to the test, this would be it.

However, after scrolling through Léna’s Instagram video from the night, my concerns were put to rest. She was gliding down the red carpet, completely unbothered, not once clutching the skirt for dear life. Clearly, the design is more secure than it looks—either that, or Léna has mastered the art of walking against the breeze. Either way, she nailed it.
