Today marks day one of the Fall 2025 season of Menswear Paris Fashion Week. The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode’ calendar served up the Louis Vuitton Menswear Fall 2025 collection as the first megawatt show on the 6-day schedule. Pharrell Williams, who has served as Louis Vuitton Menswear creative director since the Spring 2024 season, presented his seventh collection for the famed French fashion house, in collaboration with Nigo. To set the mood, Williams insisted upon l’Orchestre du Pont Neuf playing three exclusive tracks of his, as a legion of models emerged from backstage sporting an array of YK2-inspired streetwear-coded ensembles. Around a futuristic and simplistic set (complete with archival Louis Vuitton pieces), some models rolled out massive LV trunks (which is becoming somewhat of a Pharrell Williams signature). Oh, and make no mistake the Louis Vuitton Millionaires sunglasses are here to stay.
Louis Vuitton Menswear Fall 2025 Collection Review
Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:
“Everything looks like it stepped right out of a bootleg 90s/00s rap video. The only thing missing is Khia’s “My Neck, My Back”.” [LadyJunon]
“My neck, my back. This collection is whack.” [youthinasia]
“They aren’t even trying to hide that LV is the McDonald’s of the industry. What is luxury about this? Basic patterns and garments.” [reese06]
“I have not seen a single fashion show by Pharrell and this is not going to be one. I couldn’t care less about him and his approach to Louis Vuitton.” [Creative]
“Was this a collab with Kim Jones?” [fenty]
“It’s so unrefined. His suits are really weird. And the pieces that are supposed to be fun are not fun enough.” [Alquimista]
