This isn’t bad, per se — I love the shoes! — but it is extremely costume-y. She looks like a schoolgirl in the opening scenes of a period piece about a murder at a British boarding school that eventually turns out to be the work of a demon spirit trapped in one of the dormitory’s gargoyles. You know, when everything is normal and before the shit hits the fan. She’s wearing this and riding around on her bike — and then it all gets very dark. All she needs is her lil Cambridge satchel (and an ancient spellbook, of course, to help her vanquish said demon. Don’t worry, it all works out eventually).
