Today, Maison Valentino revealed Thai actress Sarocha Chankimha, affectionately known as Freen, as their new Brand Ambassador. This announcement follows her captivating appearance at the Valentino Pavillon des Folies Spring/Summer 2025 show in Paris, the debut collection by Creative Director Alessandro Michele.
Freen Sarocha has become a powerhouse in the entertainment industry, captivating audiences with her talent and charisma. She skyrocketed to fame in GAP: The Series (2022), a Thai romantic drama that garnered her both local and international acclaim. Her standout performance earned her the prestigious ‘Favourite Star’ award at the 2023 Nine Entertainment Awards, firmly establishing her as a leading star.
Her star power continued to rise in 2024 with roles in Uranus 2324 and The Loyal Pin, alongside a glamorous appearance at the Cannes Film Festival. Freen showcased her versatility in the horror-comedy Rider and is set to dazzle in the upcoming TV series Cranium in 2025.
Freen’s global influence has been solidified through her international fan engagements, including a sold-out fan meet in Singapore and a stunning appearance at the Red Sea International Film Festival.
I did say when she won Breakout Star of 2024 that I hoped to see more of her on the red carpet in 2025, and it looks like that wish is coming to fruition.
