What better time to find yourself walking around the streets of New York than the day after getting nominated for an Emmy that you very well could win — and, from what I hear, should win? What better time to look cute and polished and crisp (and relatively normal) while doing so, as well?
Admittedly, this is probably ALSO a totally reasonable time for her to pop out dressed EXTREMELY OUTLANDISHLY because people would all just be like, “oh, she just got an Emmy nomination, good for her anyway!!!” so really…it’s all a win/win.
