This colorway offers a full embrace of earthy tonality, beginning with the shaggy tan suede on the topmost overlays. Working inwards, deep brown is up next. Finally, cream mesh sets up the foundation, completing the lifestyle blend of textile, suede and leather that makes the Field General so appealing for everyday wear. While geographical ties are prevalent on this shoe (a “LDN” tag on the medial side of either shoe as well coordinates and “birds chirping” text on the insoles), without closer looks we can’t be sure the exact meaning just yet.
