Ja Morant just shared some first looks at upcoming, never-before-seen colorways of his second signature shoe, the Nike Ja 2. While unclear if these are Player Exclusives or retail pairs, it does give us a glimpse of the styles that the Memphis Grizzlies star likes to lean towards.
First (above) is an alternate “Heart Eyes” colorway for Valentine’s Day; the heart illustrations have bled down from the pink upper down to the midsole while also appearing on the tail-end of the Swoosh logo. It’s unclear if this is a PE for Ja, or an upcoming retail release.
Below is a Nike Ja 2 “Lightning”; coming in with an all black upper with a metallic gold Swoosh logo, bolts of electric lightning cover the entire sky as well as the bottoms underneath the translucent outsole.
Finally, a third colorway with what appears to be animal-like patterns in light tan and pink. It sits above a coconut milk upper with a black Swoosh and a translucent outsole. The heel features some text, although indiscernible on the heel.
