A summer garden is one of my simple joys. While it’s getting to be late summer, it’s never too late to pick up a green thumb! The summer heat tends to make it a bit more difficult to stay outside doing summer planting. Early summer is when I like to begin my growing season and beat the heat of summer with spring planting. Seed packets, root vegetables, flowers, the sky is really the limit here.
