Rebecca Ferguson was at Comic-Con this week, where she is promoting her upcoming film, ‘Silo,’ alongside her co-stars Common and Steve Zahn.
Known for her ability to seamlessly blend glamour with an edgy aesthetic, which we saw during the press tours for ‘Dune: Part Two’ and ‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One,’ Rebecca’s choice for Comic-Con was a typically bold and unconventional look from Helmut Lang’s Pre-Fall 2024 collection.
Between the oversized crop jacket paired with wide-legged trousers, I feel that this look will immediately divide opinions. While some might initially be put off by the oversized nature of the ensemble or feel that she is trying too hard to exude a cool and aloof vibe, others will recognise that this is undeniably a quintessential Rebecca look.
I like how the Helmut Lang look is relaxed yet structured, complementing her ability to convey a blend of individuality and nonchalance. This balance is something Rebecca has mastered, making her outings intriguing as she has never shied away from looks that challenge conventional norms, and this Comic-Con look is no exception.
The only thing that could make this feel even more like a Rebecca Ferguson look, is if it was entirely black.
