Renée Zellweger stays true to her style roots at the Bridget Jones NY premiere

After a whirlwind press tour in Sydney, Renée Zellweger was back stateside for the New York premiere of Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy, held at Jazz at Lincoln Center on Wednesday.

And Miss Consistently Consistent did what she does best—delivered another timeless look with her signature flair. This time, she wore a Prada satin off-the-shoulder dress in an agave hue, featuring a sleek column silhouette (a favourite of both Renée and Prada).

Now, if you’re a red carpet obsessive like me, I know your fashion Spidey senses are tingling and this dress will immediately take you back to the 2020 BAFTAs when Renée wowed in that pale pink Prada number with a similar neckline.

But this time, the neckline came with a more distinctive twist: geometric bow and fold details on the bodice that added a touch of modernity to her classic formula.

If there’s one thing I admire about Renée, it’s her unwavering dedication to a silhouette she loves while still keeping things fresh. I can’t even imagine how much work goes into curating a press tour with such a specific aesthetic, yet still making each look feel unique.

Matching Prada pumps, David Webb jewels, and her signature tousled updo completed the ensemble.

I’ve been genuinely impressed with this press tour. Renée knows what works for her—and honestly, it works for me too.

Stylists: Petra Flannery & Marco Miliani.
