Only Rihanna could make New York Fashion Week‘s hottest ticket even hotter.
The songstress arrived at the Guggenheim museum on Friday evening, typically late, for the spring ’25 Alaïa show. Not surprisingly, she made a major statement in a sheer mesh dress embellished with crystals and pearl-encrusted bodysuit underneath, paired with pearl-embellished strappy sandals that wrapped around her legs.
It’s been a big week for the superstar, who unveiled her much-anticipated campaign for Dior J’Adore perfume on Monday.
And earlier on Friday, Rihanna was in a statement Alaïa teddy coat, bustier dress and another pair of strappy sandals for a surprise appearance at The Daily Front row awards to present Katie Grand and stylist and creative director Jahleel Weaver with the magazine of the year award for their work at Perfect.
Rihanna is a loyal Alaïa fan, and she stepped out in the label’s coveted studded ballet flat for her son RZA’s birthday in New York back in May. This $1,290 style was crafted from white lambskin, embellished with crystal studs throughout, including on the buckle strap.
