Following her stylish arrival in Japan, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley attended Tiffany & Co.’s opening celebration for the House’s ‘Tiffany Wonder’ exhibition held at the TOKYO NODE gallery this evening.
Roksanda is known for her abstract designs, and Rosie is known for her clean girl aesthetic, so on paper, this wouldn’t appear to be a viable fashion union.
But you can always rely on the British model to find neutral tones that speak to her nature as the minimalist style icon.
There are some looks we see on the runway, and we say to ourselves, “that will never make it onto the red carpet,” but sometimes bias’, lack of vision, or not knowing if there will be a commercial/wearable version, or if modifications will be made has us writing off looks before they have even exited the runway.
The architectural construction we saw on the runway was intriguing, but on Rosie, the modified version exudes the timeless elegance we expect from her, when she’s not having a bombshell moment.
