Selena Gomez attended the “Emilia Perez” photocall at the 77th annual Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals on Sunday in a pair of Christian Louboutin heels. For the occasion, the star donned the brand’s patent leather Kate 100 pumps in a rich red colorway.
In addition to her striking choice in footwear, the “Back to You” singer walked the festival’s red carpet in a custom tea-length, A-line dress from Giambattista Valli Haute Couture. Gomez’s look, crafted from a silk duchesse satin in the same bold shade of red, was adorned along the off-the-shoulder neckline with several handmade silk organza roses.
Gomez arrived to the Canes Film Festival 2024 to promote and premiere her newest film “Emilia Perez” alongside titular cast member Karla Sofía Gascón and supporting actors Zoe Saldana and Édgar Ramírez. Directed by Jacques Audiard, the musical crime comedy follows Saldana after she gets an unexpected offer regarding a feared cartel boss’ retirement.
