The 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards has arrived – and with it the red carpet, which saw Miranda Lambert, Shania Twain and Kelsea Ballerini make their mark.
The live two-hour event will be hosted by five-time Grammy Award winner Shania, and will take place in Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry.
“It takes me back to my own beginnings in Nashville and as a new recording artist there, and obviously the historic location is always appealing,” said Shania of the iconic venue. “I meet new artists, and I’m running into old friends, making new friends … I’m here more as a fan than anything. It’s the artists that the people want to hear and see, so to me, that is everything. I’ll be smack dab in the middle of it all, so I’m super excited. I’m all access.”
For her red carpet look, the icon worked with Levis to create a custom mermaid gown in denim, while white, fringe and diamantes were the details of choice for others…
Shania Twain
Shania wore an all-denim look, custom designed by Levi’s, and paired her denim strapless gown with denim gloves.
The gown featured diamante embellishments on the train and bodice, and featured an oversized collar.
“Isn’t it crazy? I love it,” Shania told E! News on the carpet. “I was involved with the sketches and the design and the silhouette and everything. To me, that’s the joy. It’s not about putting on something that’s amazing—it’s about being part of it.”
Shania rocked a stunning swinging sixties hair style for the red carpet, which popped alongside the sparkling collar of her gown.Â
Miranda Lambert
Miranda wore a classic Miranda look: a sparkling bodycon dress that showed off her curves and featured a plunging neckline.
She paired the dress with animal-print stilettos – and her husband Brendan McLoughlin.
Kelsea Ballerini
Kelsea wore a stunning silk slip gown for the evening, with a mind-bending geometric print.
Dylan Dreyer
Dylan wore all white on the night, adding a playful Nashville twist on the classic gown with a crochet fringe skirt.
Tanner Adell
Tanner Adell also wore white and fringe, but brought a youthful element with the shorter mini style and a heavily embellished shoulder.
Ashley Cooke
Ashley also wore white silk – although her gown featured feathers over fringe, and risque cut-out detailing.
Hillary Scott
A classic black dress never steers you wrong, and Lady A’s Hillary stuck to the fashion principle with this fun midi dress with a bardot shoulder and plunging neck detail.
Carly Pearce
Carly rocked a sheer mini on the red carpet; the dress featured a low back and strategic ruching.
Kylie Morgan
Kylie also rocked a sheer red dress, although her maxi gown featured a white bodysuit peeking through and black embellishments.
