Standout Style of the 2024 Venice Film Festival

The 2024 Venice Film Festival is officially in full swing, and we cannot get enough of the show-stopping glamour that has been on display since day one. Yesterday, for day two, stars from the world of film and beyond descended upon the iconic Palazzo del Cinema on the Lido di Venezia for the premiere of Pablo Larraín’s much-anticipated Maria, starring Angelina Jolie as the legendary opera singer Maria Callas. Jolie herself paid homage to Callas, walking the red carpet in a custom champagne gold shoulder-to-shoulder neckline (adorned with a faux fur stool) by Tamara Ralph.

Elsewhere on the red carpet was Cate Blanchett. The Oscar-winning actress attended the Venice Film Festival premiere of Disclaimer decked out in a Giorgio Armani jumpsuit, complete with pearl strands dripping down her spine. Cate’s co-star HoYeon Jung turned up in a red floor-length creation from Nicolas Ghesquière at Louis Vuitton and Taylor Russell slayed the game (yet again) in Loewe.
