Rebel Wilson attended the “Mean Girls: The Musical” opening night on June 26 in London dressed in casual head-to-toe designer ware.
The Australian thespian sported a pair of Hermès Paris loafers in a sky blue “Bleu Ciel” colorway. The sophisticated style encompassed textural uppers, almond-shaped toes, short stacked block heels in black and silver metal H detailing just below the tongues meant to pay homage to the brand’s name.
The French brand also features the Paris style in shades of green and a neutral blush tone. The silhouette is instantly recognizable, imbued with the brand’s passion for quality materials and timeless silhouettes.
The designer footwear offered the “Pitch Perfect” actress’ look a preppy touch, while incorporating a welcomed pop of color. Unlike oxfords, loafers are considered a comparatively relaxed style. Loafers do not have lace-up closures and can often be found in platform and slip-on styles from a multitude of affordable and high-end brands.
In a casual move, Wilson wore a graphic tee, courtesy of Gucci, featuring a heart motif in the center trimmed with gold sequins. On the bottom, the “Senior Year” star donned simple skinny jeans. Rounding out her look, Wilson toted a black Chanel crossbody bag in a quilted style, accompanied by Gucci aviator sunglasses featuring the Italian brand’s logo embossed on the lenses in burnt orange.
When it comes to shoes, Wilson favors sharp styles in neutral tones. The “Isn’t It Romantic” star can be spotted on the red carpet in pointed-toe pumps by Casadei, Givenchy and Rupert Sanderson. However, she also favors affordable heels from labels like Aldo. Wilson is also a fan of pointed-toe flats and loafers when off-duty.
