UNDEFEATED is off to a fast start for their year-long 20th Anniversary celebration; it started off in mid-late February with their first ever Nike Zoom Spiridon collaboration, dropping exclusively at their chapter stores on U.S. soil in the “Thunder Blue” colorway. The pair was limited to just 1,000 pairs in total, making it the most sparsely circulated Spiridon release to date.
History has shown that the five strikes has the pull to execute more than one colorway per project, and this first look at two upcoming colorways of the Spiridon proves that they’re got more in the bag.
Both of these upcoming colorways of the UNDEFEATED x Nike Zoom Spiridon are rumored to drop in March; they’re expected to be quite limited in number as well, although likely not as scarce as the elusive Thunder Blue version.
There are two pairs to dissect here: the first is a “Phantom” colorway, which features a light cream/tan mudguard paired up with the black mesh netting and olive-colored ballistic nylon on the tongue. The same desert-like shade spills down to the midsole while also wrapping the Swoosh logo, eyelets and tongue stripe, and the tongue’s border. The black version adds a bit more of a sleeker approach with the near-monochrome upper. The tongue/eyelets feature the military garb olive while the signature orange pops via the forefoot Swoosh logo.
Again, both are expected to launch in March in limited quantity; stay tuned for updates.
