I’ve got summer books on the brain — I wrote a piece about the big summer bestsellers of the 1960s for Drinks With Broads today — and I wanted to know if you’ve got a favorite so far this year! I have, to my own delight, gotten back into reading the way I used to, all of a sudden, and have devoured a bunch of stuff lately, of varying quality. I think my two favorites so far are, as I’ve mentioned earlier, Margo’s Got Money Troubles, which I absolutely loved (even though I keep wanting to call it Margo Has Money Problems), and The God of the Woods, which I DEVOURED. Both are the sort of books where you find yourself thinking about the characters when you’re not reading the book itself. Huge thumbs up to both. Your turn!
