As many of us hunker down to start baking and making for the Thanksgiving holiday ahead, I can’t help but want to browse everyone’s cookbook libraries instead of actually dealing with, say, cleaning out my fridge or getting going on the Chex Mix! Tell me: What’s your favorite cookbook? It can be of all time — if you have one! — or just currently. Personally, I try to mix it up, but I have about four or five cookbooks currently in rotation: Dan Pelosi’s delightful Let’s Eat (the broccoli rabe pasta dinner is in weekly rotation and also the pasta salad is AMAZING), Alison Roman’s Nothing Fancy, Julia Turshen’s Small Victories (and, to be totally honest, also My Father’s Daughter, the Gwyneth Paltrow cookbook Turshen worked on), the new NYT cookbook Easy Weeknight Dinners (I use the Cooking app constantly), and, always, everything from Ina. I’ve never messed up an Ina Garten recipe! I also dig into my Martha Stewart Living cookbook from 2007 all the time. Tell me yours!
