I was talking with a friend of mine yesterday who had plans that evening to attend a potluck, and starting thinking about how it’s definitely Potluck Season, or at least the season when you’re likely to be invited to something potluck-y, where you’ll be asked to bring something: BBQs, cookouts, campfires, bonfires, pool parties, picnics, etc. What’s your go-to potluck-y dish?
