Foot Locker is ready to re-open its doors to its iconic 34th St. flagship location in New York City with a completely revamped interior unlike any other store in the world. Already boasting incredible variety and selection, Foot Locker has taken careful consideration in their mission to reinvigorate and elevate the sneaker shopping experience with a customer-centric layout that you won’t find in any other sneaker store.
Starting off, Foot Locker debuts Home Court, a haven for hoop fans that makes up about a quarter of the store. Here you’ll find the latest and greatest from Nike Basketball, Jordan, adidas, Under Armour, PUMA, and more. At the 34th St. store will be the Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 4 RM “Driveway Grey”, the adidas Anthony Edwards 1 Low in “Lucid Lime”, the Kobe 4 Protro “Gold Medal”, and much more. Another section is dedicated solely to men’s lifestyle sits adjacent to the Home Court area.
Foot Locker also dedicates an entire quarter exclusively to women with a full wall of footwear covering every brand one can think of. Foot Locker also debuts a completely reimagined Kids section that includes a Basketball hub, a section dedicated to experiential activations, and digital sizing assistance that takes 3D scans of your feet for the most precise fit.
Complementing the mens, womens, and kids sections are two key areas situated right in the middle of the store — The Lounge and the Sneaker Hub. The lounge serves as an open communal space where consumers can not only try on their shoes, but interact with other shoppers. The Lounge has already been launched at Foot Locker’s store in Willowbrook Mall in New Jersey, where it has proven itself to be one of the most socially energetic areas of the store. The Sneaker Hub provides customization via unique shoe-laces, pins, and other accessories for those looking to stand out.
Throughout all of the sections, you’ll find plenty of Foot Locker associates called Stripers who can assist you in every way possible. There are also a number of kiosks all around the store for quick shopping transactions as well.
